Very disappointed overall. The free transfer service was extremely poor. Late in picking up and waited at least 20 minutes for the shuttle to drop us home. It was disorganised and nobody knew what they were doing. As a vegetarian, the food was awful. Upon querying, I was told that I would have a few options, however, on board I only had one option. I was served plain boiled pasta with cold chips and salad. This was adequate for a child, not an adult. My partner purchased the ticket including alcohol, which was completely watered down and poor quality. When I tried to complain of my dissatisfaction, I was ignored multiple times. They promise one thing and deliver nothing. Quick to take your money and don’t follow through with the promise. I’m surprised that they have such a high review rating.
